iceweasel-l10n-gn software package provides Guarani language package for Iceweasel - Transitional package, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install iceweasel-l10n-gn
iceweasel-l10n-gn is installed in your system.
Make ensure the iceweasel-l10n-gn package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep iceweasel-l10n-gn *
You will get with iceweasel-l10n-gn package name, version, architecture and description in a table
